A project for a replacement dwelling, a highly contemporary design within a leafy setting, was given unanimous support at this month’s North Herts District Council Planning Committee. Members of the Committee were extremely complimentary of the design and welcomed such progression in architectural design. The project was designed to the client’s brief for a family home designed around modernist architectural features. The design features include a modern interpretation of flat roof design using wrap around detailing and the integration of the external landscaped areas with the internal layout maximising natural daylight by the use of full height structural glazing. We are extremely proud of the design and very much look forward to assisting the client through the next phases of the project.
